FAQ 1
Will we fix your computer/take your e-waste/recover your files?
Barring some very specific exceptions, no! We're a hobbyist group that focuses on preservation of computers up to roughly the early 2000's. Unless your device(s) are over 25 years old or are believed to have exceptional historical value, please seek the services of a professional.

FAQ 2
What's this whole "retro computing" thing about?
Retrocomputing covers a massive array of sub-hobbies and niches that cross decades of development and defy historical, corporate, and technological limitations. Whether it's restoring your first computer, using archaic programming languages to make new software, or implementing new ways to combine new and old technology, there's something for everyone.

FAQ 3
If you're looking for hardware and don't happen to have any in your attic/basement/garage/storage/back alleyway, you can usually find something on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and eBay. Software availability may vary, but oftentimes you can acquire what you'd like through abandonware sites such as Archive.org, MacintoshGarden.org, and MyAbandonware.com
